¹В is usually pronounced like English "w" at the end of a syllable.
²Ґ was abolished by the Soviets. Since then ґ has been written as г, and the reader was expected to be able to tell the difference. Nowadays ґ is making a comeback, but it still appears very sporadically in print.
³Е is often pronounced like "и" in unstressed positions.
