Most country names are like in German.
The differences I found so far are:

Éisträich (Austria),
Däitschland (Germany),
Frankräich (France),
Griichenland (Greece),
Lëtzebuerg (Luxembourg),
d'Schwäiz (Switzerland),
Spuenien (Spain)
Nationalities are slightly different, although their plurals are formed like in German:
- Austria: Éisträicher (m) / Éisträicherin (f)
- Belgium: Belsch (m/f)
- Denmark: Dän (m) / Dänin (f)
- England: Englänner (m) / Englännerin (f)
- France: Fransous (m) / Franséisin (f)
- Germany: Däitschen (m) / Däitsch (f)
- Ireland: Irlänner (m) / Irlännerin (f)
- Italy: Italiener (m) / Italienerin (f)
- Luxembourg: Lëtzebuerger (m) / Lëtzebuergerin (f)
- Netherlands: Hollänner (m) / Hollännerin (f)
- Portugal: Portugis (m) / Portugisin (f)
