IPA: ð

ð stands for a voiced dental fricative in IPA.

It is pronounced like the TH in "this".

The same sound is written � in Icelandic and Δ in Modern Greek (note that this sound didn't exist in Ancient Greek).

The name of the letter �/ð is Eth or Edh, see also the entry at wikipedia to see which languages use it in their regular alphabet.
