Prepositional Pronoun

"I think of him", "It's for him", "It's from him".. In these three sentences we say "him" differently. In hebrew many prepositions "contract" with the pronoun.
For example, the word "on" in Hebrew is על (al). So "on him" would be עליו (alav). It's not difficult to learn these contractions. You just need to learn the preposition and the appropriate pronoun ending to which it connects. The trickly part is knowing when to use which one.
Example: In english we would say "I think of/about him" but in Hebrew we would say ?ני חושב עליו - "I think on him".

The Endings:
I - י (i)
You sing - (m) ך (cha) / (f) ך (ch)
He - ו (o)
she - ה (a)
We - נו (noo)
You plur - (m) כ? (chem) / (f) כן (chei)
They - (m) ן (an or en) / (f) ? (am or em)

Preposition on (על - al)

On me - עלי (alai)
On you - (m) עליך (alecha) / (f) עליך (ala'ich)
On him - עליו (alav)
On her - עליה (aleha)
On us - עלינו (alenoo)
On you - (m) עליכ? (alechem) / (f) עליכן (alehen)
On them - (m) עליה? (alehem) / (f) עליהן (alehen)

Some verbs that use this preposition:
Are you talking about me? - ?תה מדבר עלי (ata medaber alai?)
I think of him all the time - ?ני חושבת עליו כל הזמן (ani choshevet alav kol hazman)
They laughed at us - ה? צחקו עלינו (hem tzachakoo alenoo)

Preposition with (ע? - im)

With me - ?יתי (iti)
With you - (m) ?יתך (itcha) / (f) ?יתך (itach)
With him - ?יתו (ito)
With her - ?יתה (ita)
With us - ?יתנו (itanoo)
With you - (m) ?יתכ? (itchem) / (f) ?יתכן (itchen)
With them - (m) ?ית? (itam) / (f) ?יתן (itan)

Some verbs that use this preposition:
He's speaking with her - הו? מדבר ?יתה (hoo medaber ita)
Marry me - התחתני ?יתי (hitchatni iti)

Once you learn the prepositions it shouldn't be too hard to understand how they function with pronouns.
