German dialect case study
From UniLang Wiki

The goal of this case study is to show what a German dialect can look like.
It is planned to add a case study page to every article under German in the UniLang Wiki.
The dialect presented here is the one of SaarbrĂĽcken in the south-western German state of Saarland. According to Wikipedia, it belongs to the Western Palatinate subgroup of the Rhine Franconian dialects, which belong to the West Middle German family.
The Germanic spelling developped by Saaropean will be used in this case study, since the usual phonemic German spelling is not accurate enough, and the spelling in the old case study is considered too unusual for a Germanic language.
