Dalecarlian verb tenses

Verbs are conjugated in tenses. The main or simple tenses are present and past:
Present,
is used to show something that happens now:
han les (='he is reading', 'he reads'),
hoñ spilær (='she is playing', 'she plays')
Past,
is used to show something that happened then:
han las (='he was reading', 'he read'),
hoñ spilæð (='she was playing', 'she played')
The complex tenses are present perfect, past perfect, future, supine, future perfect and supine perfect.<p>
Present perfect,
is always made of two verbs and is used to show what has happened:
Han hafr lesið (='he has read'),
Hoñ hafr spilåð (='she has played')
Past perfect,
is always made of two verbs and is used to show what had happened:
Han hafði lesið (='he had read'),
Hoñ hafði spilåð (='she had played')
Future,
is used to show something that will happen:
Han al leså (='he will read'),
Hoñ al spilå (='she will play')
Supine,
is used to show something that would happen:
Han uldi leså (='he would read'),
Hoñ uldi spilå (='she would play')
Future perfect,
is used to show something that will have happened:
Han al håfå lesið (='he will have read'),
Hoñ al håfå spilåð (='she will have played')
Supine perfect,
is used to show something that would have happened:
Han uldi håfå lesið (='he would have read'),
Hoñ uldi håfå spilåð (='she would have played')
Auxilliary verbs are in present or past, and main verbs are in infinitive or past participle.
