Most regular English verbs are quite easy to conjugate.

Present Tense

Add -s to the infinitive form in the 3rd person singular; for all other persons, use the infinitive (without the "to").

to walk:

I walk

you walk

he/she/it/one walks

we walk

you (all) walk

they walk

Simple Past Tense

Add -ed to the infinitive form in all persons.

I walked

you walked

he/she/it/one walked

we walked

you (all) walked

they walked

Participles

Present Participle: add -ing to the infinitive form.

walking

Past Participle: add -ed to the infinitive form.

walked

All other English tenses are compound, requiring only the conjugation of several essential verbs to form (and possibly the formation of participles, outlined above). These essential verbs are:

to be (completely irregular)

Present:

I am

you are

he/she/it/one is

we are

you (all) are

they are

Past:

I was

you were

he/she/it/one was

we were

you (all) were

they were

to have (somewhat irregular)

Present:

I have

you have

he/she/it/one has

we have

you (all) have

they have

Past:

I had

you had

he/she/it/one had

we had

you (all)had

they had

will/shall (future tense markers; no true infinitive forms)

Present:

I will/shall

you will/shall

he/she/it/one will/shall

we will/shall

you (all) will/shall

they will/shall

Past: none

With these conjugations, and the rules above, you can form any of the English tenses for (almost) any regular verb.
