From UniLang Wiki

There are several ways to ask about the time.

Колко (ви) е часът? How much (polite you in genitive) is your time?
Имате ли часовник? Do you have a watch? (An indirect invitation.)
Бихте ли ми казали часа? Would you tell me the time?

Answers also vary, all you need to listen for is the numbers.
