Приятен ден (have a nice day)
for someone who is at work: Лека работа (pleasant work)

---Informally---
Доскоро (untill we meet again)
on the phone: Дочуване (until we hear again)
when going to bed: Лека нощ (good night)
Чао (bye) or

---Very Informally---
Чао-чао (bye-bye)

---Miscellaneous---
Сбогом* (farewell)
when sending someone off: На добър път (on a good road) or
Лек път (bon voyage)
Благодаря ви за гостоприемството (thank you for your hospitality)
Беше ми приятно (it was pleasant)
Елате пак (come again)

• Don't misuse - сбогом carries a rather deep sense of sadness and is only used when you are not going to see the person in a really long time, or never at all)
