  1. Translations: Monday: الاثنين [al'ithinin / al'ithnain] = the 2nd (day)
  2. Translations: Tuesday: الثلاثاء [ath tholatha'a / aththalÄ?thÄ?’] = the 3rd (day)
  3. Translations: Wednesday: الأربعاء [al'arbia`a / al'Ä?rba`Ä?’] = the 4th (day)
  4. Translations: Thursday: الخميس [alkamis / alxamīs] = the 5th (day)
  5. Translations: Friday: الجمعة [algomia`a / aljum`ah] = the reunion (day) [jumi` = temple]
  6. Translations: Saturday: السبت [as sabit / assabt] = (the day) of rest
  7. Translations: Sunday: الأحد [al'ahad / al'Ä?had] = the 1st (day)

Note: All days are preceded by يوم [iom / yawm] (the) day (of), which can be omitted.
