Neo Patwa is an IAL proposal created in 2006 by Jens Wilkinson. Creole and pidgin languages, as well as Mandarin, are used as reference for the grammar. The vocabulary is taken from languages around the world, partly based on the Mulivo project (http://mulivo.pbwiki.com). It is generally an analytic language with no inflection of words. There is no plural, no grammatical gender, and no declension or conjugation. The phonology is also fairly simple.
