The name "Mònixò" is pronounced [mɔniˈχɔ] or [mɔɴˈχɔ].
The language uses two kinds of verbs (action and state). The latter makes anything obsolete that needs "to be" in English. Verbs are conjugated according to person (1st/2nd/3rd), gender (male/female/infantile), and number (singular/plural).
Nouns are not declined, but articles depend on gender, number, and case. There are four cases in Mònixò. The nominative is used for subjects of state verbs, the accusative for its objects. The absolutive is used for the subjects of action verbs, the ergative for its objects.
