The usual word order is:

topic - verb - subject - focus - sentence adverbials

The (optional) topic is a noun phrase that is emphasized. It can be referred to in subsequent sentences using topic definiteness or left out completely.

The focus of an intransitive verb is the subject, the focus of a transitive verb the direct object, the focus of "to go" is a direction, and so on.

The focus noun does not need a case prefix.

The subject is not repeated if it is in topic or focus position.

On the phrase level, the word order is:

head - ubf/übf - complement

The complement is considered another focus position, so noun case prefix or verb agreement suffix are not necessary.
