1. [u]va - and (may or may not keep the u, or it could be/not be there depending on what the word before it is) [Came from the Hebrew prefix for 'and', which is v' or va and maybe a couple other things that start with v, and in certain cases oo is used.]

the 'u' is pronounced like the Spanish/Japanese 'u' or the English 'oo'. The 'a' is pronounced like the a in lan, below.

2. lan - no [I think it originally came from the Hebrew word "lo", also meaning "no".]

pronounced something like 'lahn'; I think the 'a' is the same as the Spanish, Japanese, or German 'a'. (Which all sound the same? yes? maybe?)

3. zei - yes [Came from the Japanese word "hai", also meaning "yes".]

pronounced so that it rhymes with the English pronunciation of the word "say".

4. janwuu - hanging cloth (It can be pretty much any type of cloth that hangs: drapery, scarf, veil, toga, particularly baggy clothing, etc.) [From the top of my head]

the 'an' is pronounced as in the above lan, and wuu is pronounced like the English "woo" only with a more streched out "oo" sound.

5. jan - cloth [From the above janwuu.]

6. wuu - hang (This will be the root of any verb/adjective/noun for 'hang'.) [From the above janwuu.]

7. lai - beam of light (Sun beams, moon beams, lazors, etc. That's what I'm talking about with lai.) [Despite it's similarities to the English "light", this really did come off the top of my head. Or you could always blame my subconcious shoving English into influence.]

pronounced like the English word "lie".

8. shii - up [from my head]

pronounced like English "sheet", but without the t and with the vowel doubled in length.

9. shei - day [from my head

pronounced like the name "Shay", or like the English "say" with an "sh" instead of an "s".

10. essuu - outside [from my head]

. . .I'll get the pronunciation later. The "ss" means that the "s" sound is doubled, sort of, and the "uu" is extra long.

11. omeuri - tree [from my head]

the accent is on the "ri".

12. saiyo - hope [taken from my abandoned language "Adjekip"]

accent is on "sai", which is pronounced like the English "sigh".

13. fwei - see

This is a verb. The X-SAMPA is [ fWEI ].

14. luma - person specifically a Lunarian person

This is a noun. X-SAMPA is [ luFA ].
