Låtuk Declension

Adjectives and nouns are not declined in Låtuk.
To compare adjectives, simply add the suffix mu for the comparative ("better") or nång for the superlative ("best").
If a noun is not given with a number, it must be preceded by an article.
Indefinite articles ("a/an")
The indefinite articles derived from the Nhängqäkupoq noun class and number affixes.
- animated (for people and animals): singular tåzno, plural tåzrå
- inanimated (for everything else you can touch): singular nångo, plural nåmuk
- immaterial (for things you can't touch, ideas for example): singular pnongo, plural pnomuk
Definite articles ("the")
The definite articles derived from the Nhängqäkupoq demonstrative pronouns.
- animated (for people and animals): singular tångolå, plural tåzlongå
- inanimated (for everything else you can touch): singular nånglå, plural nåklongå
- immaterial (for things you can't touch, ideas for example): singular pnolongå, plural pnoklongå
