Like Låtuk, Gukhükheth derived from Nhängqäkupoqh, but it was not influenced by other languages.

The Gukhükheth words in Låtuk describe modern technology and everything related to youth culture. They are used by younger people and criticised as representing an inferior culture.
The country of the Gukhükheth people is a neighbour of the Låtuk country, dominating it economically and technologically. The technologies, culture and language of Gukhükheth are in fashion among young Låtuk people.
Gukhükheth is called Ket in Låtuk, and Låtuk is called Lathukh in Gukhükheth.
