There are various things you can submit, mainly HTML files, PDF or images. We never put files like those produced by Microsoft Office eg. (DOC/XSL/PPT/etc) on the site. We highly recommend you to read our "Of Course" manuals which will teach you how to contribute new resources. For making HTML, we suggest Mozilla Composer.
